小數獨・支援與常見問題

我玩到一半退出，進度會不會不見？

不會。每一關你玩到一半的盤面都會自動存起來，下次點同一關就接著上次繼續。想從頭重玩，在關卡裡點右上角的 ⚙，選「重來這一關」並確認，這一關就會回到最初的題目，破關紀錄和獎牌不受影響。

我換了一台手機（或加了平板），紀錄會跟過去嗎？

會。兩台都登入同一個 Apple 帳號的 iCloud，而且小數獨的 iCloud 同步是開著的，紀錄就會透過你自己的 iCloud 自動同步（我們看不到這些資料）。什麼時候同步由 Apple 系統決定，剛打開時有時要等一下；沒有登入 iCloud、或關掉了小數獨 iCloud 同步的裝置，就不會再跟其他裝置同步。

換裝置或重裝 app，需要再買一次嗎？

不用。用同一個 Apple ID 到 App Store 免費重新下載就好——買斷是綁你的 Apple ID，不是綁裝置。另外也支援「家人共享」：家庭群組裡的成員不用各買一次。

為什麼這個遊戲要收費？

因為我們用「一次買斷」換掉了廣告和內購。孩子玩的整個過程裡：沒有廣告打斷、沒有彈窗推銷、沒有任何可以誤買的東西。付一次，所有難度、教練、獎牌、貼紙圖鑑通通都在，之後的更新也都免費。

給孩子玩安全嗎？

安全。沒有廣告、沒有內購（買下來之後 app 裡沒有任何可以花錢的地方）、沒有外部連結、不用登入。我們不會收到、也無法讀取孩子的遊戲紀錄——紀錄存在裝置上；兩台都登入同一個 Apple 帳號、也開著小數獨的 iCloud 同步時，由 Apple 在你自己的裝置之間同步。一台裝置可以開最多六個玩家檔案，兄弟姊妹的進度各自獨立、互不干擾。

為什麼有些題我覺得好難，卻說「不用猜」？

因為每一題我們都保證：只用這個難度教的推理方法，就能一步步解出來，不用碰運氣。只要已經填進去的數字都是對的，專家以外的難度隨時都找得到下一個能推出來的格子；專家有時要先用「區塊排除」刪掉一些可能，下一格才會出現。難，是因為線索藏得比較深、要多用一個觀察方法——不是因為你得賭。卡住的時候，先看看有沒有填錯的格子，或叫教練指個方向（教練也會先幫你找出填錯的地方）。

關於小數獨

小數獨是 Our Skill Lab 的第一個作品。它從一個家裡的真實需求開始：我們想給孩子一個乾淨的數獨——沒有廣告、不用註冊，卡住的時候有人指方向、講理由，而不是直接報答案。做著做著，它變成我們對「學習」的一次小小表態：真正值得練的，是不會過期的能力。小數獨是第一個，之後還會有更多。

Skill Lab Sudoku — Support & FAQ

If I quit in the middle, do I lose my progress?

No. Each level saves the board you're in the middle of, so tapping that level again picks up where you left off. To start over, tap ⚙ in the top-right corner of the level, choose "Restart this level", and confirm. The level goes back to the original puzzle, and your best record and medal stay.

I switched phones (or added an iPad) — do my records come with me?

Yes. When both devices are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account and iCloud syncing is turned on for Sudoku Lab, your records sync automatically through your own iCloud (we can't see this data). Apple's system decides when syncing happens, so right after you open the app it can take a little while; a device that isn't signed in to iCloud, or has iCloud syncing turned off for Sudoku Lab, doesn't sync with your other devices.

Do I have to buy it again on a new device, or after reinstalling?

No. Just re-download it from the App Store under the same Apple ID, free — your purchase is tied to your Apple ID, not the device. Family Sharing is supported too, so people in your family group don't each need to buy it.

Why does this game cost money?

Because a one-time purchase is what lets us leave out ads and in-app purchases. While your child plays: no ad breaks, no pop-up upsells, nothing they could buy by accident. Pay once and everything is included — every difficulty, the coach, medals, the sticker collection — and updates are free.

Is it safe for children?

Yes. No ads, no in-app purchases (once you own it, nothing in the app costs money), no outside links, no login. We don't receive or have any way to read your child's game records — they're stored on the device and synced by Apple between your own devices when they're signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud syncing turned on for Sudoku Lab. One device holds up to six player profiles, so siblings keep separate progress without stepping on each other.

Some puzzles feel really hard — how is that "no guessing"?

Because every puzzle guarantees this: you can solve it step by step using only the techniques that level teaches — no luck needed. As long as every number you've entered is correct, every difficulty except Expert always has a next cell you can work out; on Expert, you sometimes need to rule out a few possibilities with Block Rule-out before the next cell appears. Hard means the clue is tucked deeper and asks for one more way of seeing — not that you have to gamble. If you're stuck, check for a wrong number first, or ask the coach for a direction (the coach points out a wrong entry first, too).

About Skill Lab Sudoku

This is the first thing we've made at Our Skill Lab. It began with a real need at home: we wanted a clean Sudoku game for our kids — no ads, no sign-up, and hints that point them in the right direction and explain why instead of jumping straight to the answer. Along the way, it became a small statement about learning: the skills worth practicing are the ones that don't expire. This is the first — more to come.
